Every bathroom project we do is different. Sometimes we are moving the tub, shower and toilet locations. Sometimes everything stays in place. For a “Re and Re” Guest Bathroom project where we renovate the entire bathroom but everything stays in the same positions, you should expect to pay between $20-$25K. Consider that your starting point. Master bathrooms will cost more, especially with upgrades.

A typical, fully renovated kitchen will cost the homeowner in the range of $35000-$50000. A small, galley kitchen will obviously be much cheaper where a large kitchen where structural walls are coming out will be more costly.

If it’s a simple Kitchen “Refresh” with no cabinet box changes, generally 6 or 7 days. We have great systems in place to achieve a fast completion. If some cabinet boxes are replaced or let’s say, you want some lighting change, the completion timeline would be longer.

A Full kitchen renovation can take 6-10 weeks or longer to complete depending on if we are removing structural components such as load bearing walls or posts, acquiring permits or moving service locations. The size of the kitchen is also a factor in timeline. We can provide an accurate schedule once the design is complete and scope of work is determined.

In the case of a complete kitchen renovation, it is imperative to have a designer involved in order to make your custom kitchen look just that…Custom! A designer must communicate with both the General Contractor and the Millworker to ensure all the minute details are carried out as envisioned.

No, Belyea Renovations will take care of the entire permit process. We will draft any necessary drawings required for the permit application, retain the services of a professional engineer (when required), liaise with the municipal building department and communicate with building inspectors.
